How pricing works
Oxford shows its prices on the booking page, where you see the amount for your barber and service before you confirm. This page says what sets that amount.
What decides the price
Three things set the price of a visit.
The service you choose: a cut, a shave or the long visit
The length of the visit, from 5 to 75 minutes
The barber's level, which the booking page shows
What the consultation covers
Every visit starts with a few minutes of talk about the cut, how you wear your hair and the time you have. That conversation is part of the visit.
Deposits
The long visit and club slots take a deposit to hold the time. It goes toward the service, and the booking page shows the amount before you confirm. Lunch-hour visits do not take one.
Canceling or running late
We ask for one business day's notice to move or cancel a visit. If you are late, your visit still ends on time, so call the desk and we will tell you what fits.
How levels set the price
Each barber has a level that reflects their training and years at the chair. The booking page shows it next to their name, so you know the price before you choose.
Add-ons and changes on the day
An add-on is priced on the booking page and adds its own time. If you want to change a service on the day, your barber tells you what it adds before starting.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one by card at the desk or in cash with your barber.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards are sold online and at the desk, and they are used at the desk or on the booking page. Club slots are held by the plan, so they are not sold as packages.
