Questions

Questions, answered

How long is a lunch-hour visit?

Forty-five minutes, from the hook for your coat to the door. About five minutes to settle, twenty-five for the cut, ten for the hot towel and finish, and five to check the result and rebook.

Which hours are the lunch hour?

Weekdays from 11:30am to 1:30pm. Outside that window we are open for the long visit, beard work and club slots.

Can I book one visit without joining the club?

Yes. Any visit on the menu can be booked on its own.

What does the club include?

A held slot every two, three or four weeks, your choice of barber, and the chance to rebook at the chair. Each plan lists its term, how to cancel and what happens if we move your visit.

Do you take walk-ins?

Oxford is appointments only. Call the desk and we will find the next open time, or book online.

Which barber should I choose?

Lenard is the owner and leans toward scissor work and hot towel shaves. Marlana leans toward tapers, fades and beards. Either will cut anything on the menu.

Can I take a call during my visit?

You can, and the chair stays yours. For a long call, step into the hall by the coat hooks and we will hold your place.

Do you take cards?

Yes. The booking page lists the ways to pay, and the desk can answer any question about a receipt for your office.

How do I move or cancel a visit?

Use the link in your confirmation or call the desk. One business day's notice is all we ask.

Where do I park?

There is a lot behind the building on Detroit Avenue, with a side door that opens to the second floor.

Ready for a chair?

Choose a barber and a time, or call the desk.
